Services for families

  • Assessment £120

    Up to 90 minutes. I will ask you questions about your child’s communication history and current concerns, and gather the child’s view wherever possible. I then use formal and/or informal methods to build a picture of your child’s communication strengths and needs. A report is not included in this price. I recommend that a report is purchased alongside any standalone assessments so that you can share the results with any other professionals such as teachers.

  • 30 minutes therapy £40

    This includes the therapy time as well as any planning, resource making and note writing time required.

  • 1 hour therapy £80

    This includes the therapy time as well as any planning, resource making and note writing time required.

  • Short report £50

    A short report will briefly outline the finding of any assessments, and if we have worked together, will also outline what we have worked on and any progress towards targets. The report will include recommendations for possible future targets and support strategies.

  • In-depth report £100

    I will write in depth about your child’s assessment results, including examples of their responses, and analyse what this means. I will give recommendations for possible future targets or support strategies.

  • School visit £150

    I will spend between 90 minutes and 2 hours at you child’s school or nursery. I will observe them in the setting and talk to school staff about how they present there. I will provide advice for school staff and model strategies to work with the child where appropriate. After the session, I will write a document of recommendations for school to follow.

  • Setting recommendations £40

    Although a visit to the setting is preferable, I can write a list of targets and recommended strategies for school/ nursery without visiting.
